Process:

Contact our customer service team at support@bruvacs.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for the return.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

Pack the item securely and attach the provided shipping label.

Drop off the package at your nearest shipping location.
Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@bruvacs.com.
Shipping Costs
